  • 45 minute play session with child aged 3-11. Includes parents consultations every 5 to 6 weeks.

  • Receive 50 minutes personalized guidance and support in navigating the challenges of parenting. Develop effective strategies, communication skills, and coping mechanisms to foster a positive parent-child relationship.

Insurance

I currently take insurance.

Please check with your insurance company as some only reimburse certain services. I can give receipts for Naturopathy or Naturotherapy through the Academy of Naturopaths and Naturotherapists of Canada and for companies that accept Canadian Certified Counsellors.

I am not a psychologist nor a psychotherapy permit holder, so my services aren't covered under those labels.
